PARENT’S NAME: The parents were Mr. Ebenezer Gatienu and Amanor Suziana
REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HER: Critical social investigation about her background revealed That she is needy orphan. The mother has passed away and the father’s condition is unknown.
DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: She was admitted into New Life Orphanage International on 8th May, 2004 after strict social investigation about her.
HER IMMEDIATE NEEDS: Her immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and educational materials.
CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: She is submissive, compromising and hard working. She is not very respectful, often she takes things that aren’t hers and likes to fight. She seems to be changing a bit for the better though.
HEALTH STATUS: When she came into the home she was suffering from rashes all over her body and problems with her teeth. The rashes are gone now and she is currently healthy.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Academically, she is very poor. She doesn’t like being in the classroom or going to school. Her educational background was very poor but since she came into the home, he is improving gradually.
