REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HER: Critical social investigation about her background revealed That she is needy girl. Both parents have died from unknown causes.
DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: She was admitted into New Life Orphanage International on 31st December, 2004 after strict social investigation about her.
HER IMMEDIATE NEEDS Her immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and educational materials.
CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: She is very respectful, submissive, compromising hard working and very clever. She is very prayerful but at the same time she has a quick temper and is reluctant to forgive.
HEALTH STATUS When she came into the home she suffered from hernias in her abdomen. She is currently healthy.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Academically, she is very poor. She had never been to school before coming into the home. She is learning slowly. Currently she is attending school
